Upon client engagement, Forza FM offers to carry out a Facilities Needs Assessment to help clients to identify which services are needed by the company and which are merely desirable.

These assessments are simple to carry out and require few resources. To do an assessment, we consider all aspects of the business and look at which facilities already exist:

  • Are these sufficient and efficient?
  • Are further facilities required?
  • Do existing facilities need maintenance or are any duplicated that can be removed?

Our report also considers current usage, occupier profile and nature of the business, as certain spaces will need different services. All report then outlines all mandatory and discretionary recommendations in terms of security, sustainability and who accesses the space – to give occupiers their optimum working environment.
